Ingredients

  • 8 oz of mushrooms (cremini and shiitake work well)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • A large skillet or frying pan

Instructions

  • Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Notes
