Ingredients
- Peas(Overnight Frozen) 4 cups
- Eggs(Boiled) 2
- Beacons(Cooked) 4-6slice
- Mayonnaise ¼ cup
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoon
- Black pepper(If desired) ½ teaspoon
- Red onion(Finely Chopped) 1/3 cups
- Cheddar Chess(Cubed) ½ cups
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
EQUIPMENT
- Large bowl
- Spatula
Instructions
- Step 1: Take a large bowl and combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt together. Stir it very well at least for 2-3 mins.
- Step 2: Add peas, boiled eggs, and cheddar and again stir it very well and refrigerate it for 6 hours if you desired it for the best taste otherwise 2-3 hours is okay. You can use a spatula for stirring it will make your work easy.
- Step 3: Add beacons and stir it. Spread some more cheese, slice beacons(if desired), and slice eggs as a garnish.
- Step 4: Your Pea Salad is ready and served it at room temperature for the best taste.
Notes
Canned peas are not able to give that mouthwatering taste. So we will recommend you use fresh frozen peas for these Pea salads. But sometimes there are bacteria in frozen peas. So if you have any confusion, you can boil it for 3-4 minutes before keeping it in the refrigerator. Pea Salad has different ways to be made so you can also cook it by adding your desired ingredients.
