Ingredients

  • Red, green, or yellow curry paste
  • Coconut milk
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped shallots
  • Chopped ginger
  • Fish sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Lime juice
  • Red chili peppers
  • Vegetables of your choice

EQUIPMENT

  • A wok or large skillet
  • A wooden spoon
  • A cutting board and knife

Instructions

  • Step 1: Heat the wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add the curry paste. Fry it for a minute, stirring constantly with the wooden spoon
