Description
Radish is a vegetable that contains lots of minerals and vitamins. Reddish has so many varieties also. It probably came from northern or central Asia and thousand years ago Romans and Greek also used it as an element for preparing medicine.
Many people do not like to eat raw radish and waste it but making radish can give you a different idea about its taste. It will save you from waste and along with that, you will get benefited from its containing nutrients. You can also use the radish leaves in your soups and salads just like you used lettuce it will definitely add extra taste.
Ingredients
- Radishes 15oz
- Oil 3 tablespoon
- Salt(Kosher, sea or coarse) ½ teaspoon
- Red pepper(if desired) ½ teaspoon

Instructions
- Step 1: Wash the radishes properly and slice them. Gives them a very thin shape(approximately ¼ inch). Boil them in a pot for 4 minutes. It will make radish skin softer. Take them in a bowl or plate and drain the water.
- Step 2: In a frying pan add the oil and heat them for 2 minutes and add the boiled radish. Until they turn golden brown, fried radish slices for 6-8 minutes.
- Step 3: Add the salt and pepper and take the chips into a kitchen towel. It will consume the extra oil and serve it immediately for getting the best taste.
Notes
It’s a must-try recipe in the season of radish If you don’t like to fry then you can also bake it in the oven. Before bake preheats the oven to 400° F. And at the time of cutting make the shapes of the radish size much thicker(1/4 inch or ½ cm), it will make them much crispy. Try to cook them at in oven temperature otherwise, there is a possibility to burn
