Ingredients
- Radishes 15oz
- Oil 3 tablespoon
- Salt(Kosher, sea or coarse) ½ teaspoon
- Red pepper(if desired) ½ teaspoon

- Deep frying pan

Instructions
- Step 1: Wash the radishes properly and slice them. Gives them a very thin shape(approximately ¼ inch). Boil them in a pot for 4 minutes. It will make radish skin softer. Take them in a bowl or plate and drain the water.
- Step 2: In a frying pan add the oil and heat them for 2 minutes and add the boiled radish. Until they turn golden brown, fried radish slices for 6-8 minutes.
