Instructions
- Step 1: Put peanuts in a food processor, pulse until broken down.
- Step 2: Slowly add oil and sweetener (if using) while the food processor is running until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Taste and add salt if desired.
- Step 4: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Notes
- Be patient, it may take a few minutes for the mixture to come together.
- If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a little more oil.
