- Optional toppings: sour cream, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Step 3: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Step 4: Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 5: Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 6: Pour the beef mixture over the tortilla chips.
- Step 7: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture.
- Step 8: Add the remaining crushed tortilla chips on top of the cheese.
- Step 9: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 10: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Step 11: Serve hot and garnish with your desired toppings.

- You can use ground beef or turkey for the recipe, depending on your preference.
- You can use canned black beans, but make sure you drain and rinse them before using them in the recipe.
