So today we come with a unique Chocolate Chips Cookie recipe that will be perfectly soft! perfectly crunchy and perfectly chewy. You can enjoy it as your evening snack, surprise your child by giving him/her favorite Chocolate Chips Cookie as his/her school tiffin, or present a box of cookies as presents. You can also store cookies at room temperature for up to 2 months
Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter 1 cups
- Egg 2
- Chocolate chips 2 cups
- Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract 2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar 1 cup
- White sugar ½ cup
- All-purpose flour 3 cups
- Corn starch 2 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Keep the butter out from the refrigerator before 2 hours of baking and stir the butter and all the sugars well in a large bowl.
- Step 2: Add the eggs and vanilla extract and stir it well again for 6-8 minutes until it gets fluffy if you are using your hands. But it will be easier for you if you are using a beater(2 minutes).
- Step 3: Take another bowl and combine flour, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually add these dry ingredients in combination with the fluffy, wet butter-eggs mixture and beat on low speed so that flour starts to absorb. Add the chocolate chips and beat it again until the dough gets a thick texture.
- Step 4: Cover the ready dough with aluminum paper and keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then remove the bowl from the refrigerator and wait some time so that it gets set to room temperature.
- Step 5: Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350°F. Make the balls with the dough, each ball will contain approximately 1.5 tablespoons of dough, and keep them on a cookie sheet or use a cookie scoop for rolling balls. Keep at least a 2-inch distance from each ball to another.
- Step 6: Put them into the oven and bake them for 11 minutes. When it gets slightly brown remove them from the oven and press some extra chocolate chips on the warm cookies, it will give your cookies a delicious look. Allow them to cool completely over the cookie sheets.
Notes
Before baking remove your butter and egg from the refrigerator and keep it at room temperature. Measure the flour properly and you can also measure by using a cookie scoop. Do not overbake your cookies. Remove them from the oven when it gets slightly brown, perfect chill time is also very important to make perfectly soft, crispy Chocolate Chips Cookies.
