Notes

  • Cook the noodles properly: Make sure to cook the Pancit Canton noodles for the right amount of time, as over- or under-cooked noodles will affect the texture and taste of the dish.
  • Add vegetables and protein in the right order: When stir-frying the ingredients, it’s important to add the vegetables and protein in the right order. Start with the protein, then add the onions, celery, carrots, green beans, and bell peppers.
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste: The recipe calls for a specific amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce, but you can adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can add a little bit of sugar to balance out the flavors, or add more soy sauce or oyster sauce if you prefer your Pancit Canton more saucy.
