Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Bitter Melon

  • Wash the bitter melon and cut off the ends.
  • Slice the bitter melon into thin rounds and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Make sure to remove as much of the seeds as possible to reduce the bitterness.
  • Next, slice the rounds into thin strips.

Step 2: Cooking the Bitter Melon

  • In a pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
