Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of oil for cooking (such as vegetable, canola or sesame oil)
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (to thicken the sauce)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  • Step 2: Cut the protein and vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 3: In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat.
  • Step 4: Add the protein to the wok and stir-fry until it is browned on the outside.
  • Step 5:Add the vegetables to the wok and continue to stir-fry until they are tender.
  • Step 6: In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  • Step 7: Add the cooked noodles to the wok and pour the sauce over the top.
  • Step 8: Stir everything together until the sauce is thickened and evenly distributed.
  • Step 9: Continue to stir-fry for another minute or two until everything is hot and well combined.
