Description

- 2 tablespoons of oil for cooking (such as vegetable, canola or sesame oil)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (to thicken the sauce)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Step 2: Cut the protein and vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Step 3: In a large wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat.
- Step 4: Add the protein to the wok and stir-fry until it is browned on the outside.
- Step 5:Add the vegetables to the wok and continue to stir-fry until they are tender.
- Step 6: In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- Step 7: Add the cooked noodles to the wok and pour the sauce over the top.
- Step 8: Stir everything together until the sauce is thickened and evenly distributed.
- Step 9: Continue to stir-fry for another minute or two until everything is hot and well combined.
- Step 10: Serve the stir fry noodles in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion or cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time and ingredients based on your preference.
- Use a high heat when cooking, this will give the dish a nice char and smoky flavor.
